What to propose

Send an idea with a specific reader question, the central point you would explain and a brief account of the material or sources you would use. Strong proposals distinguish what can be established from what remains uncertain, and give readers a way to apply the explanation when comparing food information.

The right fit

We are interested in evergreen subjects that can be handled accurately for a general audience. Avoid unsupported health promises, disguised product promotion and pitches that require readers to accept personal testing as proof. Disclose relevant commercial interests.
